Tanis Gray's lovely short-sleeve cardi shimmers in "Silk Cashmere" by Jade Sapphire Exotic Fibers held double. The back and bodice, which share a vertical open-work pattern, are knit from the bottom up. The fronts are worked horizontally allowing the fan-lace scallops to carve curves along the edge of the button band. Garter-stitch sleeves and crocheted button loops add polish.
